Kate is a Registered Nutritionist trained at CNM and registered with the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT) and Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
She has particular interest in managing stress, improving general wellbeing, energy management as well as giving you simple and achievable diet and lifestyle changes for optimal health and wellbeing.
Kate has a love for creative cooking with fresh foods, healthy lifestyle choices and helping others to feel energised. The process of spending time improving the way you feel is a wonderful experience that she considers a privilege to be sharing with you.

It can help with many areas including: energy levels, stress levels, weight loss, feeling refreshed and can provide better management for existing health issues. As a bonus it will give you some zesty ideas to get you into fresh foods and flavourful cooking!
I know from experience that working with clients regularly and for a longer time frame gives much better & lasting results. During the process I will be supporting you to establish new healthy habits, with regular follow up sessions and phone calls to get you off to the best start.

Initial Consultation: 60 mins - 90 mins
The initial consultation is a chance to find out more about you, including your medical history, current lifestyle & diet, symptoms you are experiencing and the goals you would like to focus on.
After you appointment, a personal plan will be created for you this will include lots of ideas, factsheets and recipes.
I like to work in a holistic and supportive way to give you the tools you need to move towards optimum health, making changes manageable as well as enjoyable. Using fresh, colourful and flavourful whole foods as well as lifestyle recommendations.
Before we meet there is a initial form and 3 day food & lifestyle diary to complete, which you can send to me prior to your appointment. All of which helps me to find out more about you.

Follow Up Appointments: 45 mins:
Regular follow up sessions for a chance to discuss your progress and help you to continue with your wellness journey, this is a check in for support, encouragement and new ideas. Keep you on track!
