Tropical anti-inflammatory smoothie!

Increase your intake of anti-inflammatory ingredients and increase your green veg input – kale & peas for breakfast! If you freeze the kale it’s not such a strong and overwhelming flavour when you add it to smoothies ????????????????????????

Handful of Frozen Kale (can be replaced with spinach if prefered)
2 tablespoons Frozen Peas (trust me!)
3 pieces of frozen mango
1  Banana
1 teaspoon of Ground Turmeric

100ml of coconut milk

Juice of 1/2 a fresh lime
1 tablespoon of Chia seeds
1 small glass of Water (or more if you want a thinner consistency)

Blend and enjoy!
